I was born in South America and raised in Jamaica, Queens when opportunities were limited. Overcoming challenges has shaped my path and brought me to where I am today.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Mr. Daighn Dunn. I began as an entry-level administrative assistant and gradually advanced to Top Admin, then Recruiting Manager, and now Head of Recruiting. Each step has been a rewarding experience, and I’m grateful for the growth I’ve achieved within the company.
Being part of this team has been transformative, both professionally and personally. I took a chance by joining, and the dedication I’ve put in has been met with equal support and encouragement from those around me.
If I could share one piece of advice, it would be to persevere, even when circumstances are difficult. Sometimes, the right opportunity or connection can change everything.

I was born and raised in Jamaica and have lived in New York for the past six years. Moving here wasn’t my choice, but when I arrived in such a diverse and dynamic city, I decided to make the best of my circumstances. That journey eventually brought me to an incredible company where I’ve truly grown over the past few years.
I’ve been working with Daighn Dunn for nine months, and in that time, I’ve not only sharpened my skills but also gained new ones. This experience has helped me become someone I’m proud to be—a more capable, confident person and a valuable part of the team.

Hi! My name is Nicolle, and I am the Executive Assistant at Veritas Management.
I have had the pleasure of working with Daighn Dunn for the past two years. What drew me to this industry was the unlimited professional and personal growth. I started as a part-time front desk receptionist but was able to transition into a management role within only a year of working in the business. Now, I look forward to continuing to work alongside Mr. Dunn to grow Veritas while continuing to grow myself as well.
I’m a Brooklyn native who has moved throughout New York numerous times. I graduated from Queensborough Community College with an associate’s degree in applied sciences. I briefly worked in the medical field, but I have had great success in the administration realm.
Some of my personal hobbies include tapping into my creative side and indulging in all forms of media, such as music, art, and films. I also enjoy being out in nature and cooking!
